In deze workshop laten de trainers ons ervaren hoe zij werken met de intelligentie van het lichaam.
My body shows where my energy gets stuck.
- I change my posture and breathing and my feeling changes.
- I change my posture and breathing and my thinking changes.
- I change my posture and breathing and my talking changes.
- I change my posture and breathing and my actions change.

"Charlie's Seishindo work is so
complementary and valuable to NLP; the body and the thinking
mind are involved in an intimate relationship, and this
relationship must be honoured and attended to if we are
to be truly healthy and whole. It has been years since I
experienced such profound change made directly through the
body in a field of support and sponsorship. Keep up the
good work! You have a lot to offer the world."
Judith Delozier, co-founder of NLP and co-developer
of New Code NLP

The Seishindo Body-Mind Model
Seishindo is a Japanese term which can be said to mean "the cultivation of a pure heart and simple mind" or "the cultivation of the whole self".
The concepts, theories, and practices drawn upon in Seishindo are taken mainly from:Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, "Sei Tai", NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Ericksonian Psychology, Cybernetics, and Self Relations Therapy.
What makes the Seishindo Body Mind model special is the fact that it melds Western and Eastern models of health and well-being. In the Orient, logic and emotion are seen as two sides of the same coin, and the body is understood to be intelligent, expressive, and wise.
We believe that the way you use your body, breathe, and move has a major impact on how you feel. Understanding the subtle yet powerful communication of body language, allows you to stress less and relax more! The key is to link the intelligence of your rational mind with the age old wisdom of your body.
- oefeningen waarin we de body-mind link voelen;
- oefeningen waarin we veranderingen voelen gebeuren;
- demo's met deelnemers die hun vraag inbrengen;
- en in de praktijk brengen bij cliënten anderzijds:
- oefeningen per 2/3 waarin we elkaar coachen en/of observeren;
- mogelijkheid om vragen te stellen en duiding te krijgen nav. de oefeningen

"I have attended a Seishindo workshop last
October in Antwerp and not only did I totally enjoy myself, meet
new people and make new friends, but I really learnt a huge amount
of new 'stuff' about me and my body. As a professional breathwork
facilitator I am still using techniques and exploring ideas that
were demonstrated in such a wonderful way. It is rare that I have
the opportunity to take part in a workshop of such high calibre.
Charlie's method of teaching is very experiential, engaging and
enthusiastic. It is a true testament to the heart and soul that
he brings to his work and his very fortunate clients. If you are
up for an active weekend where you can rally learn how to start
transforming your life I recommend that you consider booking yourself
into this workshop."
Geoffrey Smith, BreathWork Facilitator, La Hulpe, Belgium

"The workshop gave me insight into how I
function and how I can improve the quality of my life by going to
my centre. I learned how important breathing is and how to find
my strength and balance again.
Charlie Badenhop is an inspiring and very competent person.
It is six weeks since I attended his workshop. I do some Seishindo
exercises regularly, and I feel more powerful since then. I still
experience the workshop every day!"
Rob Driessen, HR Manager, Antwerpen, Belgium

"A good self-understanding is very important today
during the tremendous changes currently ongoing in our working
and social life. Attending the Seishindo workshop gave me a unique
opportunity to learn mind-body connections in ways that were entertaining,
energising and unforgettable. The workshop helped me to go through
important changes with a larger degree of confidence and with an
increased feeling of joy." Ulf Sundberg, Business Executive
