"I have attended a Seishindo workshop last
October in Antwerp and not only did I totally enjoy myself, meet
new people and make new friends, but I really learnt a huge amount
of new 'stuff' about me and my body. As a professional breathwork
facilitator I am still using techniques and exploring ideas that
were demonstrated in such a wonderful way. It is rare that I have
the opportunity to take part in a workshop of such high calibre.
Charlie's method of teaching is very experiential, engaging and
enthusiastic. It is a true testament to the heart and soul that
he brings to his work and his very fortunate clients. If you are
up for an active weekend where you can rally learn how to start
transforming your life I recommend that you consider booking yourself
into this workshop."
Geoffrey Smith, BreathWork Facilitator, La Hulpe, Belgium

"The workshop gave me insight into how I
function and how I can improve the quality of my life by going to
my centre. I learned how important breathing is and how to find
my strength and balance again.
Charlie Badenhop is an inspiring and very competent person.
It is six weeks since I attended his workshop. I do some Seishindo
exercises regularly, and I feel more powerful since then. I still
experience the workshop every day!"
Rob Driessen, HR Manager, Antwerpen, Belgium

"A good self-understanding is very important today
during the tremendous changes currently ongoing in our working
and social life. Attending the Seishindo workshop gave me a unique
opportunity to learn mind-body connections in ways that were entertaining,
energising and unforgettable. The workshop helped me to go through
important changes with a larger degree of confidence and with an
increased feeling of joy." Ulf Sundberg, Business Executive
