Who am I and what I believe?

Hello, my name is Jens Desaer I was born in Belgium in march 1990 and
my diverse life experiences have made me come to believe:

Everything you can imagine is possible. It will take effort. And the greatest hindrance
    is found and solved within.

It is important to acknowledge where you come from and honour your parents and
ancestors, it is the ground condition to acknowledge, honour and Love yourself.

Whether you want to make it good or you want to make it bad, that is within your own
power. It may not be easy, but it is a choice. You life is your
    response-ability, nobody else's.

Realising and livingby this is not an easy task, it is a life’s work an ‘obra’,
‘opus magna’, and I don’t know anybody who does this all by
    themselves.

Around 2005, when I was 15, I read my first serious buddhist book. This thaught me about meditation and basic workings of the mind that the adults around me never mentioned. My hunger for spirituality was awakened.

And from then on I started to sharpen my mind and taking responsability for the life I am living here on this earth.

In 2008 I had my first real backpacking experience, one of many to come.

In 2013 I discovered Rainbow Gatherings, people gathering in nature for a month living together.

This made me experience a loving connection with people that I didn't know, but always longed for.

The next year I travelled to the Canary Islands, where the flute really came into my life, I learned Spanish, trained self defence techniques and had my first chi-qong teacher.

Through the years I accumulated experience through teachers in courses or on my travels
or situations that forced me to grow.

I learned to Lovemyself intimately, be patient, persevere, reflect, got to know my
escape patterns, learned about what I really want, became even more
authentic and I am still liberating my spirit every day.

Through singing, dancing, blessing and praying I cultivate the wellness of my spirit,
    and my body.

My mission in lifeis to offer people guidance to reconnect with themselves, their body,
their authenticity, their love, their freedom

This is mycontribution to world peace.
