In this massage it is all about relaxing into the space of you, your own body, coming home!

You can come to me with a fysical complaint, a tension or energy blockage in the body or to have an overall treatment to help you reconnect again.

I work holistically, which means that I treat your body as one system and the goal of the massage is that the energy flow in your body will improve as a whole. And I will spend time relieving your blockages as well as energizing and balancing out other parts of your body.

We will have a short conversation to get to know your needs and wishes. And then I will either start with a place of request and work on out towards the rest of the body.

Or I will start at the head and shoulders and work my way down to help ground your energy towards you pelvis and your feet.

I strive for symetry of the treatment, but since every body has assymetrical devellopments I provide touch according to what your body asks of me in that spot.

I work best with oil on the naked skin, working on top of clothes is also possible, but it is less effective and comfortable.

During the session I also look at the psychosomatic symptoms that the body shows. There are emotions and unprocessed experiences captured in the bodies tissue.

Your emotions are welcome, they don't need to be fixed, they can just be felt.

Depending on your need or wish we can reflect about these things at the end of the session or we can make room to go through processes during the treatment.

At the beginning of the session we make clear where these boundaries are.

You are welcome to come and do processwork with me, but for deep traumawork or intimite or sexual healing I can refer you to other very capable bodyworkers.

and 2,5 hours for €200

Sessions happen in the City centre of Frankfurt, location shared after booking.

Receiving a session at home is also possible for an additional 50 euro's, in the vicinity of Frankfurt
